Frank Harness Karate USA accepts students of all ages, from young children (6 years old) to older adults. (we have a 70-year-old student)

We recommend attending classes at least twice a week to see the most improvement and progress.

Do I get a karate uniform?

Yes, when you enroll you will receive a Gi (uniform). We sell all the equipment you need and encourage you to purchase from the dojo.
